Landon Oscar Good, a 2018 graduate of Tatum High School, was taken from us on a rain soaked evening, Oct. 24, 2018, in a head on collision on Texas Highway 149.
Our hearts are heavy, as we struggle to understand why his life was cut so short! Landon would’ve celebrated his 19th birthday with his identical twin Dec. 11. He was an athlete on the Tatum High School football and baseball teams, a competitive fisherman, son, nephew, twin brother, and grandson. He was a quiet, kind and polite young man just beginning this adventure we call life, and in an instant he was gone. We know Heaven is eternal, and our worldly lives are only for a short time, yet our hearts still ache for our loss.
He is survived by his parents Michael (Mike) and Kristy Good, his twin brother Logan and little sister Mikah, his grandparents Donna Liles, the late Earnest W. Liles, Carl and Mary Good, aunts, uncles and cousins: Don and Amanda Liles, Hunter, Spencer Liles, Micah Jade, Robin Liles, Lacy, Dillon and Lexi Liles, Randall and Shelley Liles, Lynn and Susan Gary and their children Tucker and Olivia.
Visitation is from noon- 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, with the service to follow at 2 p.m. at Bar None Cowboy Church, Tatum with Jason Taylor and James Boone officiating. Interment will follow at Harris Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Lance Welch, Kevin Carpenter, Denver Brown, Hank Skinner, Cody Grindle, Jimmy Jakubowski, and Jordan Weeks. Honorary pallbearers will be Dillon Liles and Spencer Liles.
