As a precautionary move Judge Joel Hale closed the entire courthouse effective Tuesday after 5:00 p.m. through Friday because of an outbreak of COVID-19. There were cases on all three floors of the courthouse with more cases than Judge Hale felt comfortable with.

“Not all staff tested positive but enough that I thought it best to protect everyone and close the courthouse. We will be closed for Veteran’s Day (Wednesday) holiday as well as Thursday and Friday for a deep cleaning,” said Judge Hale. “We want everyone to be safe.”
