Thanks to the generosity of Scott Glover and the Mid America Flight Museum, a couple hundred locals got the see vintage WWII combat aircraft up close and personal at Saturday’s Rusk County Fly-In held at the RC Airport. More than a dozen planes were flown in and on display. Rides were given to veterans and the general public. “Veterans unselfishly gave their service, and sometimes their lives, so that we could enjoy all the freedoms that we do today,” says Glover.
